What does it do?
This extension allows customers to ask questions regarding your products by adding a new tab named "Q & A" (you may rename the tab to whatever you like) to the product pages together with a link "Ask a question" next to the "Write a review" link. The Q & A tab contains all previously asked questions together with their answers and a question form for asking a new questions. You will be notified about every new question via email, so you can reply directly to the customer from your e-mail client or answer in the shop admin panel. On multilingual shops you can direct questions to different notification addresses depending on the language. Questions can be updated in admin section. After the question has been answered in the shop admin panel, the customer will receive the answer by email and the answer can also be viewed on the product page (if the question is enabled). You can set questions to be visible immediately after submission or only after approval by administrator.

The administration panel dashboard will show a total number of questions that have been asked and the number of questions waiting to be answered.

Hi i just installed the module and i have some issues:
When I click on a product I get a blank page the site is working but i cant get to what i think is the single products page can anyone please help me?

Hi bigmaxy,
I'd suggest you go over all the changes you made and double check them. Maybe even revert the changes and start all over again. There is a pretty big chance that you made an error somewhere in the process or misinterpreted some of the instructions.
If the OpenCart installation was working before the mod, it should also be working after, MAMP does not play a role here.

Hi,this is a nice mod. thx for your hardwork. Is it possible to email a customer when his questions is answered? I think this is a very important and necessary improvement to be made for this great module.

Where is the SQL table instruction in the module files! How can the developer upload incomplete work???????

The uploaded mod is complete. The SQL table is automatically created when you install the module. There is no need to manually execute anything.

It does not create any tables, throwing error table doesnt exists. Either some problem with your codes.

Can we add 'email' and 'phone no' as a must to ask a question?
its easy to change title of the tab.
and My objective is not for question and answer so I would not like to display them.

By customizing the extension, you can make the email field mandatory. Adding a new field is a bit more complicated if you need to store it in the database, simpler if you just wish to include it in the admin alert email. I can provide commercial customization service if you need it.
