USPS LIVE and SLOVAKIA

Ok I have a customer in SLOVAKIA.
It seems when selecting the address in OPEN cart it says.
Slovakia (Slovak Republic)

when they try and get a Rate quote it says its an invalid country..
I noticed on the USPS site they call it.
Slovak Republic (Slovakia)

is there a way to change this in Open cart to select the right country name?

in the System->Localisation->Zones area
