FedEx module: 2nd Day Air option not showing.

I've set up the Qphoric FedEx module, and it works fine...
...for FedEx Ground only!

The 2nd Day Air option is also checked in Admin, but it doesn't appear in the Shipping options list during the checkout process. I've also checked/selected a bunch of other options within the FedEx module admin, yet only the FedEx Ground option is showing on my site.

What's causing all of the other shipping options to stay hidden?

Sidenotes:
This module was part of the UPS/FedEx Combo Pack from Qphoric.
Purchased and installed in June 2010.

Have you tried updating to the latest code? it might be that there was an issue. Other than that, you're best contacting Q directly via his store
