Shiping module that breaks down ...

order into separate boxes for shipping.

Examples...

I have 200 items, I know that I can fit 25 per box. I need to calculate the shipping based on four boxes.
or
I have my cart limited to 200lbs, but the total order is 2000lbs. I need to break that down into 10 separate shipping quotes.

Is there products out there that can do this? How does amazon etc.. figure their s/h on large orders?
