Module 5-in-one-product

Hi all,

I have installed this 5-in-one-product module but at the top of my site it shows the following error Notice: Undefined index: call_for_price in /home/jaysclev/public_html/new/catalog/controller/module/bestseller.php on line 6 what does this mean and how can I fix it?
