Image EXIF information auto inserted

We need to collect the EXIF information from a Image. It could be done via create product or via a special image upload who creates a product and uses some information extracted from exif-info.
Admin: Our client will add a image to a product and want's to automaticly get modell (e.g. photographer), product name, keywords (meta keyword and search keyword)
Or via a special image upload wich will create a product with information provided with exif.
