Shipping Extension

Hi all,

I'm looking for a shipping extension that I can install more then once or something like that where I can set a delivery fee for other area's and list area's that are free under another option.

Is there one out there?

How are you wanting to calculate the fee?
Is it just a straight forward cost per area, or is it weight, per item etc etc
