Oh did you change the title? Now I understand...it's just to remind you to remove install folder.
Had a weird one, went to go to my url, and clicked on url with install extension at the end...It took me to the shop but still had the url...I thought aye?? I am sure I removed the installation folder, it was not there, so why it didn't give me an error I don't know, have refreshed and refreshed...must me a redirection url alias thingymebob I am hoping
