To whom should i send DCMA

HI Friends,
My self Santosh Setty this is my first post over here and its unfortunate to come up with this kind a person here his username is 3150software simply copying my sancart template and selling it here as it is his own work in different colors. I sent friendly warning to him to delete files but still he not realizing, so now to whom should i send DCMA?? for person who is copying or to contact opencart staff to delete his account.

I would like to hear form opencart staff.
