Cash or Credit on Pickup

How do I add a payment method that lets me apply Cash or Credit on Pickup for pickup in Store. I was wondering if there was a extension that would let me do this. I have looked through the existing method and can't seem to find anything similar. Appreciate it if someone could shed some light on either a new module or modifying the existing COD extension to read "Cash or Credit on Pickup".

Open Cart Version 1.49.3

edit catalog/language/english/payment/cod.php change Cash on Delivery to whatever you want it to say.
