Ok - this is getting very irritating. When adding new products, I click on save and the screen comes back with "product description must be at least 3 characters" and all the info I entered is gone. It is capturing everything else, category, data, image, etc, but wiping out my description. Any advice?
I didn't reply before because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing anything wrong -- and I'm not. This is about driving me over the edge......I don't know what version of opencart - I can't find that info anywhere - all I can tell you is that I downloaded in on 2/13/2008.
As to your other questions - Yes, I am entering more than 3 characters and yes, it worked before. For the past month, it only works about 1/2 the time . I have no idea - I am doing everything the same as I always have. Any ideas???

Did you install any contribs? Doesn't make sense to only work half the time.
