Change VAT Rate

Can someone please explain how I can change the rate of VAT? In the UK this has just changed so I need to reflect this in the site.

Admin->Configuration->Localisation->Tax Class

- Click the folder icon to the left of the word "Taxable Goods"
- Edit the tax class for UK and update the percent from 17.5 to whatever the new rate is
