Easy Way to Put 48 Continental US States in a ZONE ??

I've got 6 shipping flat rates -

Ground for the 48 continental states and DC $5
2nd Day for the same $10
Next Day for the same $15

2nd Day to AK and HI $19
Next Day to AK and HI $29

UPS Super Saver to Canada $39

Is there any way to do US ALL and back out the military addresses, Guam, PR, etc. and AK and HI, or do I have to go through about 150 "Pick One Freaking State At A Time" routines?

Most carts with this sort of deal let you hold down CRTL and highlight all of them at one time, just go down the list "click, click, click", etc.

Please tell me there is a way to avoid choosing and individually saving 147 states.

agreed.. it is need of a serious overhaul but unfortunately at this time one-by-one is the only way

I'm suffering through the same problem. Seems like it might be easy to add a "continental US" under country?

Anybody got a solution for this? I've looked a bit on the forum and found nothing.

Perhaps someone could give an output of his database so we can insert the data...
