When my customers try to use MoneyBookers.com to pay for an order they are taken to a screen that says "Wrong merchant email address!". I have Googled this a bit, both on this site and the entire web and have found people complaining about this, but no fixes or details about the issue.

I have emailed Moneybookers.com about it, but I wanted to see if the community knew anything about this. Also before some smart-ass asks if I have double-checked the email address in the payment configuration, yes I have checked that.

So has anyone run into this? Any thoughts or ideas?
