Those templates are for an old version of Open Cart
What you can do to get back into admin is to delete the green folder
Copy the default theme folder and rename the copy to "green"
This will trick open Cart into letting you back in. The template will be the deafult files but in a folder named green

If you want a green theme, you can use the images in the green theme but the files won't work

You're using version 0.6.5, while the templates available from the contributions site are intended for version 0.7.7 (or later).

Follow the instructions posted by jty, then go back into the admin and change your template back to the default.

If you want some templates for version 0.6.5, you could try http://www.fido-x.net/index.php?control ... y&path=2_3 (might be the only place you can get templates for that version of OpenCart).
