Hi
I have set the site language to Romanian, and the backend language English, all good so far.
But when I create a Category or Product, I need to fill in also English info.
I dont need this, and I need to remove that tabs, how can I do this? Or at least autofill ?
The version is 1.4.8.
Thanks
English cannot be removed if he doesnt have both catalog and admin in romanian. Same problem I have with bosnian.
Or if he doesnt have admin translated, he can just copy english folder and name it romanian and then remove english language from the admin panel.

I had to use backend in Romanian to, and than remove English laguage , and now it works.
I wanted English backend as i't more clear to me than Romanian backend, same with Operation Sistems i use
But can't have it all i think.
Maybe another feature in wishlist for next versions?

Hi guys!
I did use a dirty hack:
1) copy current /admin/language/english folder to Your local folder name
e.g. "latvian"
1a) change /admin/language/latvian/english.php name to latvian.php
1b) change value in this new file to Your local "code"
2) and then - select Administrative language in system settings to Your local language
3) now You can delete "English" language.
4) and Whoala - now You have only one language in localisation settings, frontend has its own language folder, but You have administrator on English
Hope this helps.
