I just found out that my USPS live mod is using the Home address instead of the Ship to address for rate calculations.
did I miss an update?
I'm using OC 1.4.9.1
Also any way to add extra fees to international and not local? maybe an added feature needed.
Address is passed from the cart shipping page. It passes in "shipping_address_id" the same way to all shipping modules the same way. There is no way USPS live could be wrong without all the others being wrong. Please check again

I checked the code to be sure but still there is nothing there that even references the payment address variables. It specifically looks at the shipping_address_id which is sent from the checkout/shipping page. Can I see a link to your site?
It may only happen with international orders but I really couldnt tell other wise..
