Contact form doesn't work

Settings:
Mail engine = Mail (php mail function ís enabled)
Mail parameters = -f
info@phpconsult.nl
Store email address =
info@phpconsult.nl

Opencart version?
What else have you tried? Does email send from other places besides the contact form?
Why not SMTP?

OpenCart 4.1.0.3
Sending mail from another place DOES work.
I can't make use of SMTP, as long as the domain of the customer is not transferred.

When submitting the forum i do see success page though. Are you seeing any error in your error_logs or in server side?
Btw if you have time change the old captcha versions to Google V3 versions and make it hidden.
