Customers are not Receiving the Order Confirmation Emails. (Opencart Version 4.1.0.0)

Customer has informed me that they are not receiving the order confirmation emails. We are using Opencart Version 4.1.0.0. Can anyone help with this?

What are your settings?

Is your mail server properly setup? What are your settings for mail?

Solved. The issue is with different email was used in the store and STMP setting was not used properly. I have to get the hostname from hosting provider they used different one. All good.
