This is the splitted topic from: viewtopic.php?t=235593
(because not relevant with OPs question)

@Michael,

I believe the forum should require mandatory training on how to properly post issues before allowing new users to submit anything. This has been an ongoing problem for a long time—we keep having to repeat the same guidance. Implementing a short training step would save time for everyone involved.

Hello,

I know and see the problems.
And I am behind to find asap a solution to fix such - first - posts.
And as I can see, I guess I have found a solution.

But final decision has Daniel .. and he should go forward finish the current development of OC 4.x and publish the new - hopefully bugfree - release.
After that, we will have a bit more time for other things ..

I can propose maybe we should create a topic on forum and ask users opinion/vote for it.
For sure, most of us will not hesitate to back up the idea. After all, we all want OC to thrive.

But judging by what's in the master branch now, the upcoming 4.1.0.4 will really be a 4.2.0.0 because of some bigger feature changes, it won't be backwards compatible with 4.1.0.3.

Agreed, they should have to answer questions such as OC Version, Installed Extensions, Current Theme, Exact Error Message, etc.
