Migrate data from Opencart 4.0 to OC3.0.4.0

Hi all, firstly I am a noob with OpenCart and just learning it.
I installed ver 4 but it appears many modules are not functioning with it and I have read somewhere that others state v4 is still beta.
In any event, I installed version 3.0.4.0 and models seem to work better.
I have some data and configs in version 4 that I would like to migrate to version 3. What is the best way to do this?

What data and how much of it? It might be easier to just manually input it again in your new site if there's not too much.

How can anyone answer this without knowing what data and what configs?
If it's not many just manually transfer it. If it's loads then you'll probably need a developer to write a script.
