Filter display suggestions

Hopeing someone can suggest an extension or a theme they have used or link to some code that works. I have searched for hours but not easily spotting what I need.
1. I need to display the filter options on both desktop and mobile
2. I need the filters to be collapsable so they don't fill the screen
3. It would be nice if the filters were in the side panel on the desktop but top of centre panel on mobile.

No new themes installed

Add collapsible filter toggle button just below the breadcrumb on mobile category pages.
