Opencart and TikTok Integration for stock control

I am Strugling to find an extension to integrate TikTok shop with my Opencart website.
The idea is to enable automatic synchronization of stock levels and order data, ensuring accurate stock levels and preventing overselling.
I have reached out to some developers however the quotes I received were in the 1000s.
I appreciate this is not a simple task, but it felt that they gave me this prices, so they can get rid of me.
So any help will be hightly appreciated.
