Empty orders

We have the exact same issue in an OC 3.0.3.9 shop. It only happens (sometimes, not always) with Paypal payments.
Using Journal 3....

Any ideas to debug the issue?

1. don't open an old thread!
2. when using Journal, you should contact the Journal support
