duplicate entries in the transaction history for certain orders in my system

Hello everyone,

I’ve run into an issue where I’m seeing duplicate entries in the transaction history for certain orders in my system. The issue seems to be happening when the status of the order changes, but I’m not sure what’s causing multiple entries to be created. I’m using version 4.0.2.3 with PHP 8.1, and I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Has anyone encountered something similar? Could it be an issue with the way order statuses are updated or logged? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

OC 4.0.2.3 has a lot of known bugs, most of them were fixed in later versions, use at least 4.1.0.3 for testing. For a live website use the stable OC 3.0.4.0.
