403 error on saving settings

Can anyone please point me in the right direction to resolve this? I just installed a fresh Version 4.1.0.3 on Hostinger PHP 8.2. I can't make any changes to the Store Settings page.

Don't use version 4.x yet unless you are a developer/tester/maintainer.

If you need to install the opencart go with version 3.0.4.0 for now.
