This release is an "emergency" release because 4.1.0.1 had serious bugs.
We please everyone again to wait a few weeks before using this release in a live shop.

I just tested the OC 4.1.0.2 for a few minutes, already came across 3 bugs (github issues #14705, #14704, #14702).
So I think it will need to go through an intensive testing stage by both the public and developers before we can reach a stable version in the 4.1.0.x branch.
