Hello OpenCart Community,
I'm encountering an issue after installing a new extension on my OpenCart store. The installation process seemed to complete without errors, and I confirmed that the files were uploaded to the correct directories. However, when I navigate to Extensions > Modules in the admin panel, the module doesn't appear in the list.
Here are the steps I’ve already tried to resolve this issue:
1. Cleared the modification cache through the admin interface.
2. Verified the file paths to ensure no files are missing.
3. Checked the permissions for the extension’s files to rule out access issues.
4. Refreshed the system cache multiple times to see if the module would load.
Despite these steps, the module still doesn’t show up. I'm wondering if there are any additional troubleshooting steps I might have overlooked. Specifically, do I need to manually make updates to the database or adjust any configuration settings to get the module to display?
I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions from those who have faced similar issues.
Thank you in advance for your help!
It would be more helpful if you could provide some more details, see forum rules.
Also, why haven't contacted the extension author?

Did you click 'refresh' after clicking 'clear cache' on the modifications page? Both steps need to be taken.edna23roe wrote: ↑Fri Mar 21, 2025 5:39 pmHello OpenCart Community,
