a duplicate transaction has been submitted (journal theme)

our website is
www.duffelbags.com version 3.3.0.8 journal theme, when some customer tried to order something initially it shows "a duplicate transaction has been submitted" but on the backend transaction processed successfully but not completed on customers side and when they again click complete purchase order processed successfully . Final result is customer ordered twice from our website. we are using authorize.net and paypal payment gateways on the backend. Thanks

How does it work with the default theme?

not able to change theme to default. it is showing "Journal Installation Error"

Or you should really use OpenCart, not the Journal3 framework. Therefore, try with a fresh install of OC 3.0.4.0, and tell us what exact payment methods you use.
