I have problem linking my store mail to a designated email address. I check on the error log and this is what I get:

"PHP Warning: fsockopen(): Unable to connect to smtp.jadeitecove.com:465 (php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for smtp.jadeitecove.com failed: Name or service not known) in /home/customer/www/jadeitecove.com/public_html/system/library/mail/smtp.php on line 133
Exception: Error: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo for smtp.jadeitecove.com failed: Name or service not known (0) in /home/customer/www/jadeitecove.com/public_html/system/library/mail/smtp.php on line 259"

I use OC 4.0.2.2, and journal theme 3.2.0-rc.105.

I need help with coding to direct enquiries and sales confirmation to my designated email address
1. Direct enquiries from " Contact Us"
2. Direct sales confirmation after. "checkout"

I also need a new page to confirm that enquiries have been successfully send and order has successfully been delivered.

Please help. thank you

Hi,

Mail Engine: Select SMTP
SMTP Host: Enter the SMTP hostname provided by SiteGround in Site Tools > Email > Accounts > kebab menu > Mail Configuration > Manual Settings tab > Outgoing server
SMTP Username: Enter the email address
SMTP Port: 587
