CloudFlare is a poor choice, it will slow down your website. The opencart.com website is a prime example for this.

Also, the Journal3 framework is of poor quality (see this forum thread), you should use a proper standard-compliant web theme for better performance.

See for example the Antropy themes.

It works very well if you host it on a large machine. You'll run into some problems with Cloudflare flagging issues that are normal opencart operation, so you'll likely turn off some of the settings.

Thank you for the kind recommendation of our themes!

We've actually had quite good experiences with Cloudflare, but you do have to turn it off for certain routes in the checkout sometimes or it can interfere with things and cause unusual bugs.
