[CLOSED] Extension Installer White Page

Hi
I am using Version 2.1.0.1 and the Extension Installer page is not loading and just shows a white screen. I'm new to Opencart so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am just trying to upgrade Opencart using tmd_upgratetool but can't get the page to load?
