In my google search console
How does the crawler see that these pages that look like this :
https://mydomain/v34243.asp
https://mydomain/wp-head.php?v985495.asp
existing on my site and in fact they do not exist at all ?
And thus they redirect to a page " The page you requested cannot be found! "
It constantly indexed and thousands of pages have been found in this format.
I tried to search here for a post that shows this problem but I did not find it, How can I prevent these pages from being indexed ?
Thanks in Advance

The page does not exist so it is not found.
If you or the person before you purchased the site name had a wp site - that could do it, links on other sites, old links.
You can not stop google doing whatever google wants to do.
You submit a valid sitemap and if you must you can request de-indexing of pages, but it will de-index non existent pages all by itself.
All of this can take a very very long time.
Little point to search for forum posts about google - it has nothing to do with Opencart - use the regular google search

If you recently changed your site and now have some outdated URLs in the index, Google's crawlers will see this as we recrawl your URLs, and those pages will naturally drop out of our search results. There's no need to request an urgent update.
To address crawl errors from your Search Console account. The blocking tool blocks URLs from Google's search results, not from your Search Console account. You don’t need to manually remove URLs from this report; they will drop out naturally over time.

Thank you for these clear details that gave me a deep insight into the problem. I have already sent the sitemap for indexing and made some modifications to my site. To know the results, I have to wait for some time to see what happens and perhaps I will come back again with something useful on this particular point as time goes on.by mona wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 8:52 pmFurther to ADD Creatives's post.

I can say after two months that ONLY one new page appeared in the report during this period, and I see this as a very good result. Also, the graph shows that the affected pages began to decrease. I would like to test more times and update with you
Sounds good, thanks for coming back and keeping us updated!
