Unleashed Software Extension - Export Products not working

Trying to set up Unleashed API extension - initial setup instructions suggest using Sync Customer, Sync Product and Sync Order. Clicking Export on each one.
Sync Customer seemed to work OK.
Sync Products Export just comes up with 'No results!' any ideas?
