Mail error Opencart 4.1.0.0

Hallo
Hosting provider has already explained what the problem is. Nowadays, spam scanners are very sensitive to such problems. There are missing translations, errors and signs such as those marked with arrows. I located it in catalog/controller/mail/order.php . Adding a translation to order mail catalog doesn't help. How to fix it?

Check catalog/language/en-gb/mail/order_add.php, order_edit, etc. has the text_subject and text_greeting entries for all your languages.

This is what's weird because it's translated in these language files. Please look attachements bottom. Unfortunately, it is still in the email

It should not be mail_text_subject or mail_text_greeting, but just text_subject and text_greeting in your language files. The mail_ is added by the loader.

Check text_order_id has not been changed or added to another language file.

It looks like you're missing some of the language files when you uploaded them to the server. Double check your upload.

Please test it on OC 4.1.0.2 or the master branch, to see whether this issue still exists, and if so report the issue on
