How can I disable the shipping address in Opencart 4.1 checkout? I only have virtual products in the store, downloadable in PDF format and marked without shipping.

You need to turn on "Billing Address Required" in System > Settings > Checkout.
That changes the title to Payment and adds the "My delivery and billing addresses are the same" check box.

Because is not ready for live shop's...still has bugs...
