I lost the database of my opecart project due to data corruption

Hello, I lost the database of my opecart project due to data corruption, how do I restore the database? With the installer I managed to reinstall the database keeping the folder of my previous project so as not to lose modifications, but OpenCart no longer connects. The connection data is correct, and I get the following message

Ask your web host to do it from their backups and job done.

What host? He is using Xamp server on his windows in C drive.

Ah yes good point, I didn't read the error messages in detail.

In that case install OpenCart somewhere else and copy that database over.
