I am so embarrassed to be asking this but have wasted LOTS of time trying to find the answer.
I have just returned to OpenCart after many years (used to build stores in 1.5.6.4!) and I can't for the life me find the Dashboard tile files - I think previously there as a View/Template/Dashboard folder (or similar) - I only want to add a currency symbol to the Total Sales!
Please don't laugh at me too hard - and if some kind person could point me back in the right direction.

Presuming you are just testing and not using for a live site
admin >> common/dashboard
admin >> extension/dashboard
extension >> opencart/admin/view/template/dashboard
Opencart 4 is not suitable for live sites, the current recommendation for live sites is OC3.0.4.0 which can be found here https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... ad/history
It supports php8.
