SEO urls doesn't work when rename .htaccess

Hello
I use OPENCART 4.0.2.3 with Journal 3.0.2 (for OC4)
There is a clean insall (1 or 2 languages) but when I rename the htaccess.txt to htaccess all site is brocken (admin and main site).
Internal Server Error 500.
Could anyone help ?

Ask you host to look in the server logs to see the cause of the Internal Server Error 500.
