Can someone help me out?

Yes, that's what I meant. I will try increasing it and see if it helps.

I get a few errors

It looks like it is looking for the storage folder under /system/ but it has moved
There was a similar error when I searched, and that was on line 6

Did you find any solutions with this?
I have the same issue. Ι Tried to update from 4.0.2.3 to 4.1. and stuck on "Applying patches..." for ever.

No, not yet. I fixed all the errors I got in admin. It might be a bug in the update. I will continue to use opencart 4.0.2.3 for now.

You might be better off installing a fresh 4.1.0.0 and moving your data over.

Yes, I was thinking about that, but I might wait for 4.1.0.1
I use the stock theme, so it shouldn't be too hard. I have just changed some colors.
The buttons in 4.1 look wrong on the category pages, so that needs to be fixed first. It should look like 4.0.2.3

Probably a good idea as we are aware of some bugs.

The buttons on a OC 4.1.0.0 category page (List, Grid, Add to Cart, Add to Wish List, Compare this Product) look fine with the default theme.

Any fix for this yet?? - MX O4 upgrade tool hasnt been updated recently so hoping that someone has found a way to upgrade from 4.02.3 to 4.1 without needing to start all over again with a fresh install of 4.1

Really at this point non-developers should be using 3.0.4.0.

Well to be fair the upgrade doesn't work in that version from any lower version either.
Who knows why no one hasn't fixed the upgrade in any of the versions, or made a "how to" with a conversion chart that says use this tool for the products, categories, and customer accounts (ala export import tool), then for going from version X to Y you copy this table to this table with Z changes.

There is never going to be a perfect upgrade tool, simply because of too many poor quality extensions. Extensions don't even have built-in upgrades either, not even a simple version support checker.

Generally it's best to start fresh and migrate the data.

Whilst a fresh install may be best, it means that you have to go back & install all the extensions / language changes / etc - as well as re-keying any settings in extensions, copying customer / order / etc databases over - etc. etc ... All of which is time consuming and / or adds cost.

The 4.0 upgrade tool worked perfectly until 4.1 came along - which implies that something was changed (directory??) in 4.1 - if such a change is needed, then is it unreasonable to suggest that a viable workaround is created at the same time to ensure that upgrades can continue to be made simply & effectively.

So upgrade to 4.1.0.2 did indeed start now - got as far as doing patch 3 & then came up with
Error: Error: Duplicate entry '0' for key 'oc_setting.PRIMARY'
Error No: 1062
INSERT INTO `oc_setting` SET `key` = 'config_image_default_width', `value` = '300', `code` = 'config', `serialized` = '0', `store_id` = '0'
File: /home/customer/www/xxx/public_html/system/library/db/mysqli.php Line: 122 Backtrace: 0 File: /home/customer/www/xxx/public_html/system/library/db.php Line: 54 Class: Opencart\System\Library\DB\MySQLi Function: query Backtrace: 1 File: /home/customer/www/xxx/public_html/install/controller/upgrade/upgrade_4.php Line: 373 Class: Opencart\System\Library\DB Function: query Backtrace: 2 File: /home/customer/www/xxx/public_html/system/engine/action.php Line: 96 Class: Opencart\Install\Controller\Upgrade\Upgrade4 Function: index Backtrace: 3 File: /home/customer/www/xxx/public_html/system/framework.php Line: 259 Class: Opencart\System\Engine\Action Function: execute Backtrace: 4 File: /home/customer/www/xxx/public_html/install/index.php Line: 42 Function: require_once

Is the "INSERT INTO" telling me what the issue is or how to fix it?? - if the latter, it just reproduced the error! - either way... how do I fix?
