Installation errors

I am trying to install opencart 3.0.4.0 on new server rockylinux 9 with nginx 1.2 and php 8.
When I go to my server and on localhost to get installation web page I get this error.
Any idea what can be wrong? All permissions are ok, for all files and folders nginx:nginx and folders 755, Selinux is disabled.

You get this error even in localhost? Just to be sure, have you checked if "footer.twig" exists in "catalog/view/theme/default/template/common"? If you are using a custom theme, do check your custom theme's directory as well.

Yes on localhost. And yes I already check if those folders and files exist, and all is there and right permissions.
I will download opencart again and try again and see what is happend. No custom themes all as it is.

It says here clearly , you have to fix the permissions

Which permissions? Of files or folders or anyting else?
folder permissions are 755 and files are 644
I have today installed new server rockylinux9 and again uploaded opencart files and it is the same, the same error.
After I set all folders to 775 which I think is not ok but now that error permission is gone, but this one still persist.

I finally get to installation but only when I change permission of all folders to 777.
I am soure that is not ok

Just for update I have changed folder by folder back to 755
and find out it is problem with /storage/cache
this must be 777 if not than page doesn't work and I get errors
When I try to install extension I get error again even when I changed whole storage and subfolders to 777.
I really don't know what is going on here

The normal folder permissions are 755, and for files 644. If these don't work on your remote host then something is wrong with your Nginx configuration and you should ask your webhost to sort it out.

Or you could use an Apache server.

I use now apache and now is all ok
