stolen software

I wanted to bring attention to an issue that’s been deeply troubling. I’ve noticed that one of my OpenCart extensions, which is published [here](https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=46487), is being distributed illegally on several warez sites. Specifically, it’s being shared on the site WarezRip as part of a list of stolen software.

While this has happened before, what makes it even more frustrating is that this extension is being sold to individuals and groups in Russia, which has actively attacked my country. This has left us without electricity and severely impacted my business, including commercial modules that I depend on.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has advice on how to deal with this. Should there be more moderation in these forums and marketplaces to prevent this kind of abuse? Are there effective methods to report or block such behavior?

It’s incredibly disheartening to see people profiting off stolen work, especially when it’s being used by bad actors. Any help or guidance on how to fight this or protect my work would be greatly appreciated.

While I understand your situation, please note following:

1. post a correct link to your extension
2. please avoid to publish political statements here, it's a user and community board open for all
3. Moderators and MarketPlace Supporter are watching every item and either block or delete such when there is something wrong
4. in your case I would contact the OpenCart MArketPlace Support Team when your extension is published there AND it is a exact copy
5. if you think that you will have success, report such sites based on the DCMA act at proper organisations
