Survey Extension

Hello,
I need an extension that will automatically send a survey to the customer after changing (from administration) the status of the order from Pending to Completed.

As for the email sending, not sure about that one. One way to do it would be to use HTML order history and Pre-Set admin comments https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... on_id=3877

Or perhaps repurpose a review request extension, something like: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=24738 or search for "review request" for others available.
