Upgrade from 3.0.2.0 to 3.0.4.0

Hi,

As the title says, I have upgraded my OC to ver. 3.0.4.0 as I was experiencing some issues with the version 3.0.2.0 and specially PHP compatibility with my server. After upgrade I am experiencing series of errors on both front and back end. Below are the errors:
Any help would be really appreciated as I am not a developer and have basic level of skills.

The admin panel is now accessible after moving the storage folder, however when i try to login the page just refreshes and I am unable to login:

Check your php.ini or user.ini there should be no semicolons at the end of the lines.

You will need to switch off error display at some point.
