I run OC 3.0.4
I have purchased and installed a new language, swedish. All seems ok and working, except one very important thing. When I try to go to the detail page of a product I only get a blank page
What can be wrong?
To test go to https://shop.mediasafe.pro.
Choose svenska as language and try to go to product detail

1. Server 500 error is a SERVER ERROR and you would check your SERVER LOGS
If you do not know where to find them ask your host to help you locate them
2. Have you checked the swedish language file product/product.php maybe some small error like missing and bracket or apostrophe ?

What I do really not understand is: here is a guy (company) offering webservices.
But is not able to install a lousy language in a really simple system?
Beside this: you offer your services to many countries, e.g. also Germany.
When you think that your legal links and the infos you are providing on them are enough, than you are the #1 for high punishments - just to inform you ...

Well if I pay for an addon I assume that it should work out of the box if the addon claim it is for the version of OC that I have. But it does not. So I write to developer, but he does not answer. When I see that the demo of the addon give a 404 I ofc get suspicious.
Now about knowledge. I am not sure that knowledge about OP and knowledge is on the same level. I assure you that the email servers I handle without problem, all via ssh.
And about different countries. All regulations are fulfilled, both on te mediasafe.pro as well as shop.mediasafe.pro
But any of this was not the issue, the issue was a not working addon. If you have no help to give about that, perhaps you should keep quiet

You mentioned that you purchased the add-on. Could you confirm if this was done via the OpenCart Marketplace? If so, you can click on the Get Support button on the extension page to submit a request. The developer will address and resolve the issue for you.
However, if you are in a hurry and prefer to expedite the process, you may consider hiring a third-party developer to complete the task.
Additionally, could you provide the server logs when the error occurs? This information will be helpful in diagnosing the issue

But, when you publish such a site for customers in Europe - especially Germany - you are going right now into troubles.
Just 3 issues:
1. no Impressum (Imprint)
2. no info how these prices are calculated and displayed
3. no real existing address
There are more requirements, but for each of these 3 you will pay 2.400,- Euro .. it's your money ..
