Admin Page - Side Bar - Order Progress Status Bar - Never worked - Version 2.0.1.1

Hi All,

Version 2.0.1.1 -

The Order Progress Status Bar on the left hand Admin menu on our site has never worked properly. Maybe due to some custom code or custom customer groups.

Orders Completed## is always Green 100%
Orders Processing is always White 0%
Other Statuses is always White 0%

See attached.

Any ideas how to get this to work and show correct progress?

How are your order statuses configured in your settings?

The Order Status might be modified effecting that left hand bar display. The Pending / Processing names have ## before them

The standard ones PENDING / PROCESSING, COMPLETED seem to work correctly in the ALERT BELL drop down.

Looking at that screenshot, your pending and returns are less that 1%, so will probably not show.
