[SOLVED] Moving Storage directory (using IIS)

Getting a security warning when logging into the dashboard,

however when attempting to relocate the storage folder, nothing happens when I use the auto one, and when doing manually it breaks the whole website.

My IIS user has full modify permissions.

anyone able to shed some light on what i may be doing wrong? New folder is names storage_site fyi and attempting to move to my inetpub folder.

EDIT: Solved, IIS user didn't have permissions for the new folder i had to manually create, fml.
