I am downgrading from 4.0.2.3 to 3.0.4
When I switch on to use seo url I get a server error as I should have before renaming .htaccess.txt. If I rename to what is normal.htaccess it still give server error. But if I rename to .htaccess. then shop come up without a problem.
But when I try to go to a category or a product it say file not found. If I switch off the seo urls it works normal but ofc without friendly urls
What can be wrong? Anything in the domain.conf I have to disable?

Sounds like you are mixing things and maybe confusing yourself.
If you have SEO urls turned on use .htaccess file
If you don't have SEO turned on don't have .htaccess file (or rename it - yes I know you did rename it to normal.htaccess and .htaccess. but change it to something completely different to avoid confusion)

I am guessing when you said " I get a server error" this means a 500 error. IF that is the case then you must be looking in the wrong place for the error log. You may need to ask your webhost for where the error log is.Havouzatrack wrote: ↑Thu Sep 19, 2024 2:20 amApache error log, php error log journal has no errors at all
No clue where to start
