Upgrade to 3.0.3.9 - getting storage error

Hello,

I needed to upgrade Opencart to version 3.0.3.9 to get compatiblity with PHP at leaast 8.1
Upgrade done - I did not touch both config files, but now I cant pass PHP compatiblity check - always getting this error.

Maybe the path is incorrectly put?

1. Remove all files from storage/modification manually.
2. In admin panel update modifications.
