Hi Team. I have an issue with confirmation emails not being sent when someone creates an account or makes a purchase. I do receive an email when someone uses Contact Us form so at least something is working. Any ideas where to look?

Have you enabled email alerts for orders and account registration? The options can be found at System » Settings » "Mail" tab » "Alert Mail" option - ensure that "Orders" and "Register" are checked.JessiesBoutique wrote: ↑Thu Sep 05, 2024 8:06 pmHi Team. If alerts have been enabled, are you using Mail or SMTP for your Mail Engine option? If you are using "Mail" for "Mail Engine", you might want to consider setting up SMTP with a proper reputable email service, like Resend, MailJet, SendGrid, etc. They all provide free tiers with a limit of how many emails you can send per day per month. If you are already using "SMTP", then you might want to check your configurations.
